Genesis Properties is a full service property management company. We handle every aspect of management. We utilize a professional property management based software, which allows us to not only screen prospective tenants online, but also manage our owner's financials (from monthly disbursements to yearly I-9's), and process any maintenance or repair requests. This software also has owner and tenant portals, so owners may view and pull their financials at any time, and tenants may put in maintenance requests. Tenants may also pay their rent online within the same system. Once the property is rented we offer quarterly inspections (only company offering this) of the units to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness. Genesis has handymen, painters, plumbers, electricians, contractors and cleaning companies on file to complete any needed repairs or issues in a timely and cost efficient manner. Our fees are standard for the industry, but with the service level we provide, we believe we are the most cost efficient in the area. We collect our fee only on collected rents, so it behooves all parties to only put in qualified applicants. We believe in "Doing what we say we will do" and great customer service for not only our owners, but our tenants as well. We believe that a happy tenant is a great tenant that will not only pay on time, but stay in the units longer, thus reducing our owners cost over the long term.
